Exchanges, Refunds and Returns


Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

You will need to initiate a cancellation within two hours of placing an order.


We are here to help and one of the mandates to be eligible for exchanges and returns is that you would need to make an unedited video of the articles received and send the same to the team at | Mulmul | And | More | by Priyanka Bhambry. Also the pieces have to be unworn and intact with all the tags and labels.

We at | Mulmul | And | More | by Priyanka Bhambry offer exchange in sizes for all non-discounted items on our website. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at We will send you the next requested size or a a one-time use web boutique credit voucher valid for 3 months.

We reiterate exchange is strictly on approval basis by the CD/recording sent to the team at | Mulmul | And | More | by Priyanka Bhambry . Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.

For products ordered from our | Mulmul | And | More | by Priyanka Bhambry - 'Sample Sale' section please note that the product is one of a kind and shall not be customized, exchanged or returned at any stage. Therefore, we request you to go through the measurements chart carefully.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.

We will not entertain exchanges/return requests any later than 3 days of receipt of  the order . If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 3 days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case of damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days.

Please note: Refund is applicable only on items eligible for returns. For more details see above.

  • You can opt to receive a refund either as store credit or your money back. Money back is eligible when an item is shipped damaged from our end.
  • Incase of store credit we offer full refund without deduction. Store credits are valid up to 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Cash refunds (money back) will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
  • We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding India public holidays.

International Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Kindly note that returns, refunds, exchanges are not valid for shipped from India to any other country.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you
