To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within India is calculated at a flat rate of 150 INR per SKU

Delivery Time

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. Most of our product are made to order and the delivery timeline is 10 to 15 days or otherwise as mentioned for the product. Since all our products are handmade and made to order, there many be some delay in shipping, Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Orders are dispatched within the no of days as mentioned during the time of order or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order

From the date of placing order, we would normally take10-15 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.

Most orders are after being shipped get delivered within 9 working days.

Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We at | Mulmul | And | More | by Priyanka Bhambry ship worldwide. . Our international shipping charges vary with the size. You would however need to write to mulmulandmore@gmail.com before placing an international order.

Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs. 
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.

PRICING, TAXES AND DUTIES

Product prices are shown as per the country from where the site is accessed, in case a particular currency is not defined in our system then for such country/countries the prices are shown in US Dollar. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable.

If the country of shipment is within India, all prices are shown inclusive of tax. All other countries are shown a price excluding taxes.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-5 working days with the exception of customized or made to measure orders and sale periods.
  3. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where you are usually present between 10 am to 6 pm on business days.

Also kindly note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER ?

All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Tracking is available on all shipped orders. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Business days are counted Monday to Friday except public holidays.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order. These details along with the current status of your order, will also be available under your account on www.mulmulandmore.com

 

WHICH MODE OF DELIVERY DO YOU USE TO SEND AN ORDER ?

We send the order to you through our preferred logistics partners such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, DTDC and Blue Dart etc.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PARCEL. NOW WHAT?

If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us by writing to us at mulmulandmore@gmail.com or call us on +91-9718545816. We make sure that all parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our warehouse. | Mulmul | And | More | by Priyanka Bhambry will not be responsible for lost articles from the parcel if you accept a damaged parcel.
